To skate in the skate parks or on the ramp on the skate floor
you must have a release form signed by YOUR legal guardian. You can
print a release form by clicking
here
or
by getting one at the front desk. If you are not 18 YEARS OLD the form
MUST BE SIGNED in front of a SKATEPLEX EMPLOYEE or NOTARIZED. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. If you can not
load the release form click In the park you must wear a helmet AT ALL TIMES. You need to have YOUR OWN skates or board. Profanity and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated! If you break any of the skate park rules YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT!
