The entrance is at the back of the
game room. |

To skate in the skate park or on the ramps in the rink area
you must have a release form signed by YOUR legal guardian. You can
print a release form by clicking
here
or
by getting one at the front desk. If you are not 18 YEARS OLD the for
MUST BE SIGNED in front of a SKATEPLEX EMPLOYEE or NOTARIZED. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. If you can not
load the release form click In the park you must wear a helmet AT ALL TIMES. You need to have YOUR OWN skates or board.
